Voyage "Into the Arctic," July 31 - August 15. Join Dr. Paul Mayewski, director of UMaine Climate Change Institute, on a cruise to Greenland. He will be giving presentations and lectures and introducing you to Greenland's immense importance to the rest of the planet. UMAA Event - Friday, August 6. Cocktails on the Coast. Join fellow Black Bears at The Inn on Peaks, Peaks Island, Portland. 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. $20.00 per person plus $7.70 for the ferry. Black Bears of D.C.- Thursday, September 2. You're invited to join us for a Red Sox vs. Orioles game and a pre-game gathering. The gathering will take place at the Camden Pub, 647 W. Pratt St, Baltimore (a 2 block walk from Camden Yard) at 5:30 p.m. Game time is
