Join us for the 2020-21 Maryann Hartman Awards, named for the late UMaine associate professor of communication, which has recognized Maine women’s achievements in arts, politics, business, education, and community service since 1986. Maryann Hartman (1927-1980) was a distinguished educator, feminist, scholar, and humanitarian. The work of the Hartman award-winners.
This virtual event, sponsored by UMaine’s Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program and hosted by the University of Maine Alumni Association, will begin at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern) and will take place Thursday, March 25th. It will be conducted online using Zoom, a free, easy-to-use video conferencing tool that is compatible with desktop and laptop computers, tablets, and smart phones.
