Class 1999 Fall Class Notes

Greetings, Class of ’99 — hope you’re having a terrific summer.

The Class of ’99 needs someone to write the news. Please contact abigail.zelz@maine.edu at the Alumni Association to learn about becoming the writer for this class column.

Kelly Bowman Flagg had a busy winter, watching sons Cooper and Ace play basketball.

Kelly played for UMaine in the late 1990s, helping the women’s team achieve their NCAA basketball tournament win in 1999. After graduation, she coached for Nokomis and her sons’ club team.

Cooper played for Duke University and Ace has committed to play for the University of Maine.

Daniel Lilley is co-owner of Lilley Farms in Smyrna, ME, which has been in the family since his grandfather started it in 1946. Last fall, Daniel and his father sold their herd of 130 dairy cows after Houlton Farms Dairy stopped processing milk in its Houlton facility. Lilley Farms will continue to farm, but is discontinuing its milk production.

What about the rest of you — please let us know what you’re up to.

We need your help to gather and report the news.
