Class 2005 Fall Class Notes

Greetings, Class of 2005! It is hard to believe that it has been 20 years since graduation. The days may be long but the years are short. Team Gauvin has moved from Germany for a brief stint in the North Country (upstate New York). Will there be record-setting snowfall this year? Time will tell. Luckily, we have experience (and a snowblower ready to go).

There has been a lot in the news throughout the past few months, to include the renaming of what some call Fort Bragg-Liberty-Bragg. Did you know that the new namesake of the largest Army installation not only has a Maine connection, but a connection to the Class of 2005? Diane Watts is the daughter of PFC Roland L. Bragg, who was awarded a Silver Star and Purple Heart following heroic actions in World War II.

I heard from Morgan Moores via email. Morgan recently got a new job: director of practice operations for MaineHealth Cardiology. This role covers 11 MH cardiology practices across the coastal and mountain regions of Maine. Morgan has been at MH for 18 years in various RN positions. For the past four years she has been the RN practice manager for MaineHealth Cardiology Brunswick. Morgan received her BSN from Orono in 2005 and her MSN & MHA from St. Joseph’s College of Maine in 2020. Morgan also got married in August 2024! She lives in Phippsburg. Congratulations!

Hope to hear from more classmates on what you’ve been up to during the last 20 years! Send me an email or find me on Facebook/Linked In!
