Here’s a sample of what’s happening with classmates.
John Glowa G has joined the crowded field of Maine gubernatorial candidates as an independent. A resident of South China, he previously worked in the Maine Department of Environmental Protection and as an economic research analyst at the Maine Department of Labor.
Carl Wilson G was sworn in as commissioner of the Maine Department of Marine Resources last spring. He previously served as acting commissioner and prior to that spent a decade as director of the department’s Bureau of Marine Science.
In Bar Harbor, Jody Brown was promoted to executive vice president, chief risk officer at First National Bank. She has been with the bank for more than two decades, and previously served as senior vice president, senior credit officer.
Tom Landberg ’09G resigned as principal of the Edgecomb School Committee at the end of the 2023-2024 school year
Also in education, Adam Bullard became the assistant principal of Camden-Rockport Elementary School last summer. The new position brought him back to the district where he launched his career in education as an education technician more than 20 years ago. Before taking this position, Adam served as principal of Nobleboro Central School.
