Hello to the Class of 2014!
My name is Taylor Ward (formerly Emhart), and I’m excited to serve as your new class correspondent. I graduated with a degree in journalism, and my four years at UMaine clearly weren’t enough — I’ve stayed on and now work as director of outreach and engagement for the Maine College of Engineering and Computing.
My husband and I first met at a UMaine hockey game, and today we’re proud alumni, employees, and season ticket holders. We now have two daughters — future Black Bears in the Classes of 2041 and 2043!
For our class updates: Christina Wotton G (education and human development) has been appointed superintendent of the St. George Municipal School Unit. Bethany Bielicki Laverriere (Maine Business School) continues her leadership in talent acquisition in Maine as the new talent acquisition manager at Albin, Randall, & Bennett. Dylan Stuart (engineering and computing) has been promoted to senior civil engineer at Sebago Technics.
