Hey everyone!
I hope you are all well. I recently moved to a new apartment in Portland on the West End and I’m enjoying another summer in Maine! Our class has been up to some exciting things; here is the news I’ve received:

Devin Shore was traded in February to the Columbus Blue Jackets from the Anaheim Ducks.

Jake Leithiser was inducted into the Old Town High School Athletic Hall of Fame.

Stephen Roberts is a crime and courts reporter for the Virginia Gazette in Williamsburg. In April 2019, at the annual banquet for the Virginia Press Association, he won four first-place awards and one second-place award for his reporting. He also won a best-in-show award for all non-daily news writers in Virginia.

Patrick Ricard has extended his contract with the Baltimore Ravens through 2021.

Former members of the UMaine women’s basketball team are currently competing professionally across Europe. Milica Mitrovic (Partizan – Serbia), Mikaela Gustafsson (Telge Basket – Sweden), Chantel Charles (Clarinos – Spain), and Anna Heise (Jahn Muenchen – Germany).

Matt England has been appointed assistant swim coach at Skidmore College in Saratoga, NY.

Audra Richards has signed with the Minnesota Whitecaps of the National Women’s Hockey League.
