In December we like to give back, and this year we will hear from Beth Fournier of Nanna’s House, a non-profit organization in Cumberland County that provides resources and support for children in the foster care system and the adults who care for them. You can read their full mission statement HERE.
At our luncheon, we will have the opportunity to learn more about the mission of Nanna’s House, and how they are making a difference in the lives of children and families.
We also encourage you to bring a donated item(s) to the luncheon. By supporting Nanna’s House, we can offer comfort to a child in what I imagine is a very scary time.
What Nanna’a House is in most need of at this time is:
Cozy pajamas – all sizes from baby to young adult, but especially teen sizes (adult sizes)
Socks – all sizes
New stuffed animals – for kiddos of all ages
