UMaine President Joan Ferrini-Mundy recently unveiled the University of Maine System Research and Development Plan for the fiscal years 2020 through 2024.
Ferrini-Mundy led the development of the R&D plan at the request of System Chancellor James Page. The plan outlines the goals of promoting industry, business, and community growth in Maine during the next decade with the goal of making Maine the best state in the nation in which to live, work, and learn.
